Five office buildings with a total area of over 50,000 sqm joins the group of assets managed by specialists from Globalworth. Since June, the company introduces in-house property management in Lubicz I & II Business Centre in Kraków and the Warsaw projects - Bliski Centrum, Philips House, Nordic Park and Batory Building I.
- The in-house property management model is one of the most important elements of the Globalworth strategy. It allows us to be closer to tenants who benefit from the fact that we are not only the landlord, but also a good host. That is why we are systematically increasing the share of real estate managed by our team. From June, five more buildings will join this group, which, despite different locations, have many common features. One of them are reputable tenants who have been with us for many years. These include such well-known companies as International Paper, Philips, Deutsche Bank, Santander, BNP Paribas, Eurozet Radio, Capita, Baxter, Korean Cultural Center and ZBP. We are proud of the fruitful cooperation with such recognizable partners. Lubicz I & II Business Centre is two modern A-class office buildings located in the prestigious district of Krakow and in a great location near the Mogilskie Roundabout, the historic Old Town, Kraków Główny train station, Galeria Krakowska and academic campuses. Both buildings have BREEAM certificates at the Very Good level. At present, the Lubicz I Office Center is undergoing advanced works related to the construction of over 2,000 sqm. new office space.
Bliski Centrum is a six-story building located in the business center of Warsaw. The building is located just 400 meters from Marszałkowska Street, one of the capital's major thoroughfares and close to Aleje Jerozolimskie. Important government and financial institutions are nearby.
Philips House is a building that has permanently entered the office landscape of Aleje Jerozolimskie. It has been the headquarters of Philips company for years. The 4-storey office building offers nearly 6,000 sqm. and about 170 underground parking spaces. Batory Building I is a six-storey office building located on Aleje Jerozolimskie, one of the capital's main thoroughfares. The architecture of the building refers to the famous Polish luxury ocean liner “Stefan Batory".
