Marta Busłajew has joined Globalworth Poland as Head of Marketing and Communications. The main aim in her new role is to create an integrated marketing process for the largest institutional investor and office landlord in the country.
“Globalworth's portfolio includes properties with different features, located in diverse locations and communities. My task is to integrate these buildings into one brand while respecting their individuality and taking into account the particular needs of their respective tenants. Globalworth's growth and the company's impact on such a large scale means that my role has a great deal of responsibility. We will actively communicate our values and consistently build on our position as the first-choice partner for all of the companies that are developing, planning to expand or looking for the best office solutions on the market. I'm taking on this role knowing that I have the support of one of the strongest and most talented teams on the real estate market, who work for a company that has a clear vision and ambitious goals,” says Marta Busłajew, Head of Marketing and Communications at Globalworth Poland.
Marta has over 20 years' professional experience. For the last 12 years, she has worked in the commercial real estate market. In previous roles, she was Director of Marketing & Client Service at Colliers International and Senior Marketing Manager at CBRE. Prior to joining Globalworth, Marta had, for three years, been Head of Marketing and Communications at HB Reavis in Poland and was responsible for the marketing and communication strategy of Varso Place and Forest.
“I believe Marta’s extensive experience in the real estate market and in-depth marketing and PR knowledge will be of great value to our company. Globalworth has become a major market player within a year and continues to grow. We have aspirations and the potential to lead the Polish market for many years and become an important partner for the entire Polish economy. We want to follow our core values and offer benefits to our tenants. Marta is the right person to help us in this goal. I’m delighted to welcome her to our team,” comments Dimitris Raptis, CEO at Globalworth Poland.
