This year’s Black Friday was a record day for Renoma and Supersam mixed-use schemes, part of Globalworth portfolio and one of the most popular projects of this kind in Poland. In total, both centers were visited by more than 58,000 customers during only one day.
Supersam, the modern multi-functional building located in the centre of Katowice, was visited on November 23rd by nearly 30,000 customers, representing a 50% increase in footfall compared to an average Friday. Moreover, Supersam registered a traffic of ca. 149,000 entries during the week, which is about 25% higher in comparison to the average results and it represents the best weekly footfall in 2018.
Renoma, the most prestigious mixed-use scheme in Wrocław, had more than 28,000 visitors, with almost 30% more customers in comparison to Friday's average, and it was the second best day for this project this year. Weekly visits closed at nearly 158,000 entries, adding 20% to the weekly average of 2018 which gave Black Week the second place in terms of footfall this year so far.
Renoma and Supersam are a modern multi-functional buildings combining retail and services with office space. Renoma’s lower floors are occupied by over 120 stores and service units, along with a restaurant section, while the upper floors are dedicated to office spaces. Supersam is not just a place for shopping and corporate headquarters, but also for promoting culture and meetings. The building features nearly 100 stores and service units on over 18,000 sqm of space.
